Crikya's Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending the outcome of an investigation into suspicious activity.

Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

Crikya reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: incomplete document verification, suspicion of multiple accounts, evidence of bonus abuse, or an abnormal balance increase due to a technical error.

Crikya offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply across the board:

Welcome Bonus

• A 100% Welcome Bonus is available on your first deposit.
• Maximum bonus amount up to BDT 5,000.
• A minimum wager of 30x the bonus amount is required before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being activated.

Weekly Cashback

• A cashback percentage is awarded on net losses incurred during the week.
• Cashback is automatically credited to your account every Monday.

Each game on Crikya has its own specific rules. The general gaming rules are as follows:

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all wagers placed will be refunded.
